About
I have over 20 years of business experience in the Lloyd’s of London insurance market. After selling our company to explore other ventures like a partnership in an off-shore sailing business, I’ve become aware of the good and bad in people, decisions and the resulting mental challenges this can cause.
I am now trained in therapy and counselling and have practised for nearly 10 years. I have also experienced first-hand breaches of legal contracts and serious fraud, and I have spent over 6 years successfully seeking justice through the legal system.

A unique business management consultancy can help you chart your way to success, managing the stress and anxiety that can be associated with it, avoiding the fears and phobias but treating any already manifesting themselves. I can also offer stress free piano lessons for beginners to intermediate with the emphasis on enjoyment, focusing the mind on creating beautiful music.
